Descent From Autumn

Falling like a flower with no water
And the leaves on the trees when the seasons change from Autumn
Needing somebody to talk to
I can feel it in the room
Like a breeze that ain’t too cool
Heavy weight up on my shoulders
Feeling boulders but not too bolder
Got me weak in the knees
From the prayers that I am pleading
Soul bleeding, heart seeping
Through the seems to make the means
That truly justify the end
But you’re my friend, companionship
Rare like this, You will be there till the end
But for now I do miss the blessedness
That your presence truly gives
And so I’m falling like a flower with no water
And the leaves on the trees when the seasons change from Autumn
